Product thinking
Deciding what deserves to exist, what the first version must do, and what can wait until there is evidence.
Approach
This is how Anviti Labs builds its own products, and how we work on the small number of collaborations we take on. No service tiers, no pricing sheet — just the loop we actually run.
The product loop
It is a loop, not a line. Most projects run it several times before anything ships publicly.
Pay attention to the small frictions and odd delights people mention in passing. Most projects here began as an observation, not a market gap.
Turn the observation into one sentence a stranger would understand. If the sentence is fuzzy, the product will be too.
Make it tangible fast — a flow, a screen, a working slice. Arguments end quickly once there is something to press.
Put it in front of people who have no reason to be kind. Watch where they hesitate rather than asking whether they liked it.
Keep what earned its place, cut what only survived out of affection, and repeat with a sharper question.
What we do
A small studio means the same people carry an idea from the first sketch to the released build.
Deciding what deserves to exist, what the first version must do, and what can wait until there is evidence.
Structure, flow, hierarchy and copy — the parts people feel before they can name them.
Colour, type, motion and voice built as a system, so a product can have character without losing consistency.
Designing with models rather than around them: personas, reasoning structures, guardrails and honest limits.
Releasing at a size we can support, then improving against real usage instead of internal opinion.
Principles
One clear idea beats five competing ones on the same screen.
Character should help people understand a product, not decorate it.
AI, data and systems are means. The feeling of using the thing is the end.
Short loops with actual users beat long roadmaps built in private.
A growing portfolio, built one idea at a time. The quickest way to understand Anviti Labs is to look at what we have built.
